  1. foot hat

Never punch first. Learn to knee lift and when they start to get back off the ground after having their entire bodymass hoisted on their nutsack you kick them in the face and let the EMTs tell them they lost.

Nothing beats a 6×5/8ths steel rod with grip tape in a fist fight.

  2. I've never got into a fight in the UK, but one thing that shocked me during my time there was how long guys spent shouting at each others faces like rabid bitches just to cause alarm and hundreds of screaming girls. In Uruguay, as peaceful and serene as we are, things are straight forward: if someone walks angry towards you during an argument, get en garde immediately and throw your best blow as soon as he/she is close enough. If you don't, you'll be the one knocked out before you know it.

  3. Total waste of time for anyone, whether you know
how to fight or not. Plus the CLICKBAIT of using
thumbnails to lure you in, then showing non of what
actually takes place, you will learn nothing here
imv. If you know how to fight, you know more than
this guy is telling you, if you don't know how to fight
and try any of this, especially punching first, you're
going to jail or getting your ### handed to you on a
platter. One of the commentors said give a warning
for 'the' dude to keep his distance, that failing, take
action, that is better advice than anything in this clip,
imv, shrugs,, ymmv cheers to all…

  4. Pre-emptive 100%. You tell somebody they can run their mouth all they want, but don't keep coming to me, and they do, they walk into it, they choose for you.

  5. I like to follow ankther educational video I saw, its called the "wait wait wait wait, kick to the nuts gangnam style shuffle" move…

60% of the time it works everytime.

  6. We have what is called "personal space" . For me that is a 2 foot perimeter all around my body.
You can't always have 2 feet like when you're standing in a crowd or waiting in line but if someone is being aggressive towards me, once they enter that 2 foot perimeter, I swing or kick.
It's conditional to what targets are available.

  7. I m lucky to say i have not been in a fight as an adult. If you are strong enough to be gentle, and willing to de-escalate, u can avoid fights. For those that DO get in fights, in hindsight, ask urself how many exits you blew by to be in that mess.

  8. Last "tough guy" I got into a fight with I struck first once we were outside of the bar. One front kick then an elbow to the left side of the head and Mr. tough guy went down and was unconscious. Dumb punk didn't know I took American Kenpo several years ago.

  9. Depending on your financial situation. If you have a lot to lose save $$$ take a punch if you have no money to lose swing away. Ha

  10. If you ever see me on the street, Mr. Fight SCIENCE, I may regret saying this, but when you call what you do a "pre-emptive strike" aren't you really talking about you sucker punching someone? Now hold on, you're still a hero. I'm not calling you a coward out of the side of my mouth or anything.

  11. My technique has always been is I approach my target in a submissive manner and as soon as i get close enough BAAAAAM ! But if he ever approaches you aggressively you better be the one that strikes first !

  12. I remember being a young man who walked around like a peacock thinking I was big and bad. It caused me a lot of problems. Thankfully I’ve grown up. Always have the ability to defend yourself, but first and foremost, work on your confidence and humility. It eliminates most (not all) violent interactions.
