1. I knew them personally, it was my friends, mother, brother, niece and the niece boyfriend, her mother and brother died as well as the boyfriend, her niece survived but had 4 surgerys

Once again Mayor Scott, while we continue to read about all of the teenager-involved shootings taking place in Baltimore we continue to be puzzled as the why you refuse to implement a mandatory term curfew in Baltimore??? It’s beginning to look like you enjoy watching the bodies pile up. They implemented a very successful teen curfew in PG County when shootings & carjackings skyrocketed. Why hasn’t Baltimore???
