  1. Raccoon afraid of that little cat though. Was kind of whatever about the whole video until then. Raccoon boi just wants a snacc ?

  2. Important fact, possums dont fight or attack, they wont bite .their defense mechanism when threatened is just to hiss and back away and if they cant escape they will just play dead stick their tounge out and emit a green fluid from under their tail that makes them smell dead.they are immune to nearly every disease including lyme disease.they eat ticks and pests mostly, and theyre north america's only marsupial 🙂 they mean no harm

  4. No animal wants a fight, except for dogs. In the wild, any wound, even to the winner, can mean death from infection.

  5. Looks like the raccoon could care less about the opossum no fear what so ever just wants the food raccoons scare the hell out of me for one they carry rabies and two there fearless even to humans! But funny how it was afraid of the cat lol I worry about my cat getting hurt by raccoons maybe there is no reason to worry?

  6. Opossums are pretty passive animals, they don’t like to fight. They try to look tough by displaying their teeth and lunging but the almost never commit to a bite. If that doesn’t work, they play dead and hope the predator they’ve encountered looses interest in their pretend corpse. If they don’t feel as threatened, like in this circumstance, they’ll just walk away.
