31. Everyone's bashing Russian drivers but obviously the bad driving penalties aren't working (corruption) and road and sign design are terrible. In the US if people didn't get prosecuted for bad driving then alot more people would be driving alot faster and that would lead to the Russian type of driving

37. I always admired Finnish drivers for their understanding of how snow and ice work. This is one of many reasons why Finnish rally drivers are as good as they are.
