1:00 I have almost had this same thing happen to me when riding my motorcycle on the freeways in Los Angeles. They cut grooves into the freeway surface so that rain will be channeled off and to prevent hydroplaning when it’s raining; unfortunately, they play hell on motorcycles. The bigger the bike you ride, the less likely this is to happen.

I would like to give a tip for the 2 clips with the ski lifts. What happened is that the motor driving the whole lift must have failed and the chairs started going backward. If it ever happens, your best option is to jump off at a low part BEFORE the end because it’s much more dangerous (as you all saw).
