Jeju Island is a Korean food paradise and today we’ll be eating at 5 restaurants you have to try when you’re in Jeju!

Kim Hwi Jeon (김희선 제주몸국 https://maps.app.goo.gl/nicSAuRLQE3rSZUC9) – We’re starting with breakfast to eat Gulfweed Soup (Momguk / 몸국) and Sea Urchin Roe and Seaweed Soup (Seonggi Miyeokguk / 성게미역국). Price – 33,000 KRW ($22.66) for everything

Sun Okine Myungga (순옥이네명가 https://maps.app.goo.gl/fkarjHeBV2p3YHxm8) – Jeju is very famous for its shellfish especially abalone, and next up I tried Cold Seafood Soup (Mulhoe / 물회) and also a hotpot shellfish Jeju style. Price – 34,000 KRW ($23.35) total

Dongjin Restaurant (동진식당 동문시장점 https://maps.app.goo.gl/bw4NDmwiW41H5JyCA) – We’re heading to the Dongmun Market to try another Korean food you have to eat in Jeju – Jeju Pork Noodles (Gogiguksu / 고기국수), and I also tried the Spicy Noodles (Bibim-guksu / 비빔국수). Price – 8,000 KRW ($5.49) per bowl

Jina Tteokjip (진아떡집) – As a bonus, when you’re at the market don’t miss Omegi-tteok (오메기떡)

Golmok Sikdang (골목식당 https://maps.app.goo.gl/23j7yEJLaK3WnbBY9) – This local Korean restaurant at the back of the market serves pheasant bbq and Buckwheat Pheasant Noodles (Kkwong Maemil Kalguksu / 꿩메밀칼국수), and it was one of my favorite meals in Jeju. Price – 43,000 KRW ($29.53) for everything

Jakjedo BBQ (작제도 흑돼지 장작구이 https://maps.app.goo.gl/6DMH9VrwqsubJRg7A) – This restaurant is a hidden gem of Jeju Korean black pork bbq, must eat when you’re in Jeju. Jeju Black Pork (Heuk-dwaeji / 흑돼지). Price – 76,000 KRW ($52.20) for everything
