12. I know that there are accidents in the US but out of all of the road rage, car accident videos I've seen on YouTube 60% of them are all from Russia, 20% of them are from China, and the 15% are from other parts of the world.

17. An open letter to Vladimir Putin:
    Sir; Haven't you considered passing a law that all road vehicles should drive on one specific side of the road when traveling in a specific direction? Most Western countries have been beta testing it for well over a century and it seems to work somewhat better than the anarchic 'system' currently in operation throughout Eastern Europe and Asia.

    While we're on the subject. Might it be a reasonable idea to put some sort of equipment at junctions to segregate traffic trying to move at right angles to each other? Paint on the road and/or coloured lights on posts at the corners.

    Perhaps limiting driving privileges to those who have functioning eyesight or keep their alcohol consumption to a minimum when driving.
