In the wake of Super Typhoon Yolanda, a monumental effort began to rebuild homes for those who lost everything. Yet, thousands of housing projects remain unfinished a decade later, leaving families in limbo. This video explores the protracted struggle to complete these projects and the lasting impact on affected communities. We’ll also examine the controversy surrounding a Marcos-linked company that awarded a housing contract yet failed to deliver.
Intrigued by the story of these ghost towns, I traveled to the region to document their existence. Exploring one of these abandoned communities, something unimaginable happened. A resident offered to guide us through the area at night, sharing tales of the town’s haunted nature. Moments later, he became possessed, an event that would change the course of this documentary.

I studied Latin and unfortunately that was not Latin at all! Sounded more like a tribal language or something close to Arabic languages (or just complete gibberish really haha.) Hard to tell as I’d really like to trust the old man. Great video though, it’s interesting for the spooky factor and at the same time it’s good to raise awareness on issues like these. I really wish the government or those that can afford to help out these families put more effort into these projects. Hope you can make more of this content!

I saw it too, at 36:13 the shadow got white slippers while running, it's creepy to think. it's a shadow but it does have white slippers when running. It hard to explain, how?

im heartbroken to see that this project was never used and was put to waste. there were a lot of donations during the Yolanda typhoon and it seems corruption happens. its crazy how they just abandoned this prject 😢
The shadow does have white slippers. In fact, it looked like the shadow had a shadow. It could be his kid but even if it is, there's no saying the kid wasn't possessed either or a doppleganger. It's too dark to be either just a shadow or one of the guys kids.
