1. FAMILY HOUSE

🇵🇷STEWED CRAB: In a steel pot, combine pickled red pepper, tomato paste, seasoning mix with cilantro and annatto, additional seasoning (yellow packet – chicken seasoning), chopped cilantro, chopped cilantro, green olives, and garlic paste. Heat the mixture on the stove. Once it’s warmed, incorporate shredded crab.
🇵🇷MASHED PLANTAIN: Using a pestle and mortar, mash garlic and salt together. In a separate step, mash chicharrón. Additionally, slice and cut both green and yellow plantains for preparation.

2. RIVERBED
🇵🇷CAYMAN TACOS: Filet the Cayman tail, then dip it in an egg wash and coat with flour. Lightly fry the filet. Warm a flour tortilla and place the fried cayman tail in it. Top with chipotle mayo sauce and cabbage.
🇵🇷SHRIMP PAELLA
🇵🇷GRILLED CAYMAN: Cover in salt and pepper to season. Place in homemade roaster for 3 hours

the FTC charged that BetterHelp used and disclosed consumers’ email addresses, IP addresses, and health questionnaire information to Facebook, Snapchat, Criteo, and Pinterest for advertising purposes despite promising consumers that it would only use or disclose personal health data for limited purposes.
The $7.8 million that BetterHelp is paying as part of the order will be used to provide partial refunds to consumers.
Caimans are not native here. Drug dealers have smuggled them over and usually use them to destroy evidence. It has become a huge problem in the island especially since sometimes they get dumped into rivers. Usually they will find a house that is abandoned and dig a really deep “pool”. There was a news report about them finding 16 caimens in Manatí. Manatí has had a problem with them for a few years as well as the laguna in Carolina.
There was a huge epidemic as well with the Vietnamese pigs too.

In Puerto Rico the Caiman, Crocodile and Iguanas are invasive animals. What these guys are doing is great for the island environment

If you would ever be interested in visiting Uganda, I would be glad to host you. With first hand vast of 6 cultures basically am related to about 6 tribes and an actual local experience both Northern Uganda and Western Uganda are all on the table, 6 hills with rocks, historical, swamp with some big snakes which I personally won't be joining for health reasons I am sick with life 😊 so can join the swamp visit but it's really big, forest's, semi dessert, cold weather, half a lake, fresh fish, goats , turkey, big rodents, chicken, beef, local fruits etc all on the table , yes there all owned by the family. This should be a "no brainer" reptiles like crocodilians are in abundance in southern, Central and South America! They are a sustainable resource and have been for centuries! Let's utilize them for alternative protein!🤷🤷🤷
