This is the cooking habit in rural China, which is very healthy compared with the fast food habit in the West.
I come from Shaanxi, China. These dishes are very consistent with our daily eating habits. There are 34 provinces in China, and each province has different cooking habits. Sichuan cuisine pays attention to crisp, spicy and spicy food, as well as enough spices and seasonings.
