The hotpots all looked delicious! But, honestly, the most impressive part of the video was the factory tour. I've seen surgical theatres with less rigorous hygiene. I'd love to know if that's SOP in China these days. It's sadly not at all like that here in the States.
The welcome reminds me of the "We are we are WALMART!" song and dance. I feel bad that they have to suffer through that sort of demeaning ritual for 30 minutes a day.
