5:20 .. let them claim they rearended you – then its even more their fault. They drove way to fast and reckless – coz they couldnt see far enough ahead. Then swerving into your lane = double fault when they hit your car. Your front dash cam shows that you slowed down AFTER being hit, so clearly you weren't the reason for him hitting your car. And 90% or more rear-ends get blaimed anyway on the one rear-ending … so sue them into the bay if their insurance doesnt pay up

The first incident… Who cares!!! Nothing happened! Why bother saving the footage. The second one. I live in albuquerque. That happens every day at that merge! Why ruin your load when you have a cam? I bet you also swerve for squirrels and tumbleweeds! The Uber driver needs to calm! And define what a "Sideshow" is! 😂 A lot of these are dumb compared to other crash videos.
