It was like one after the next legit broke arms, legs, knees, ankles etc etc. Then one day the local ER doc pulled me aside& asked if I was beating them. I got escorted outta the hospital for "laughing too loud" and making a scene. I ended the streak of crazies at that point.

21. Lucky the defence lawyer didn't succeed with the "inadmissible evidence" shit. It should be up to the defence lawyer to invent a reason why past murders of the same sort shouldn't contribute towards "beyond a REASONABLE doubt".

    That "inadmissible evidence" crap is also what the best high-paid lawyers exploit like crazy because pretty much anything can be described that way. Although a judge won't just allow anything, the ambiguity makes it too easy to hide evidence from the jury that makes the guys guilt obvious.

    – they take away some of the mystery
    – they are in bad taste, given the subject matter. It's a little awkward seeing an enthusiastic face just before we describe horrific murders.
    – imagine if the guy from that old show, Medical Detectives showed his face? It just wouldn't be the same.
