  1. 👍Great video. Every bite Mark takes and his "signature" facial expression (in all his food videos) made the food looks so extra tasty! 😀 Nothing beats authentic, traditional Taiwanese food unique in Taiwan! 🤤 We sure miss it. We are so amazed by Mark's "global, multicultural " taste bud. He is a true food enthusiast who enjoys and appreciates food.

  2. Oh Mark!!! What a blog Taiwan is just all resteraunts so wonderful. Family oriented. The curry, the omelet wrap, the market all the food the clear soups w/pork, meat, etc. The meat and seafood sides!!! The noodles dishes. That must've been a treat for everyone! The architecture was fantastic!!!! TAIPEI WONDERFUL CAPITAL CITY! WOULD LOVE TO GO OUTSIDE CITY INTO MOUNTAINS AND MEET LOCAL FAMILIES AND SEE THEIR FOOD HISTORY TOO!!!!

  3. Remember That one Chinese movies of China Bill Clinton version. Think how that last to a good stabilizing time to the 90 without the Texas part and their collapse.

  4. Please go to Tainan Mark, and try the same dish that you just had, the Danzai Noodles. Then you will see the difference right the way. The danzai noodles in Tainan will blow you away. I am living in U.S, and I tried to duplicate making that same dish and it still does not taste the same.

  5. Well said, Mark! With that being said, you really ought to visit Tainan. As matter of fact, Tainan was the capital of Taiwan hundred of years ago, it's the core of Taiwanese cuisine with more traditional dishes that Taipei does not have. Taipei on the other hand, has more of an international vibe because of being the current capital of Taiwan and more accessible to the rest of the world. But if you really want to discover more Taiwanese dishes, Tainan has a lot more to offer.

  6. The dishes look so simple but so yummy-that fish ball with the pork was my favorite-you have to bring that to the US!
