He might have been jealous of these victims success and lifestyle; got pissed with their noisy parties and at 1 AM when music started again he went and hell broke loose …. who knows ?? He mentions that they "the victims" were like they had been living in the area forever, I have experienced that kind of resentment from locals who do not mix with the "cool" invaders when I moved to Aspen in the 80 's….
