You are about to see the consequences of cops failing to do their job. In this video, I show you how a female cop approaches a man for legally operating a box truck on a roadway. She claims he violates 3 separate laws but she is mistaken. You will see how her mistake led to an innocent man’s arrest. Stick around to see how the stop ended, if the cop was held accountable and lessons we can learn to make sure we don’t end up on the wrong side of aggressive police policies.

  1. The tree trimmers should have had someone directing traffic. Couldn't they just have moved their cones given that they screwed up? Officer should have cited them.

  2. if you give stupid people a job where they have any authority, it never will end good. thats shown for many many years in criminal enforcement, since they only enforce theyr own crimes. cops are most braindead people out there, yet they are most protected by the bs system

  3. Maybe police need to be bonded by private insurance like doctors or tradesmen. If they had to shop for their own private umbrella insurance, then began having a history of violating rights, they would lose their insurance coverage and be ineligible to work in law enforcement. Then, if officers violate basic Constitutional rights, they pay – their insurance then above that they pay, not taxpayers. If officers and deputies act within the law with proper training and get sued even if they did the right thing, they would enjoy qualified immunity.

  4. Another reason to end immunity for police. As soon as they act outside the scope of the law, they should be prosecuted criminally like a civilian would be, and they should face personal financial liability.
The jurisdiction should also face unlimited financial liability.
Lock them up and bankrupt them all.
