  1. I know this is out of place but would replacing some of the current exercises with exercises that hit the same muscle groups still be sufficient?

  2. First of all amazing video. It's amazing how this focuses on both muscle gain and explosive power. So I had 2 questions.
    1) Does switching evening training and cardio to morning and the main workout to evening make any difference?
    2) what would be the approximate timeline for muscle gain be for an average guy ?
