  1. Goat milk is the best replacement for deer and especially human babies. Closest thing in nature…old world trick before formula.

  4. How could you possibly look into those beautiful soft brown eyes & not fall hopelessly in mother love for her??? I mean just look at her! I don't know Jami, maybe this is your new "Journey" to love, care for as a precious Treasure for life. That's what l'm thinking. If she makes it, l think you have a Precious Treasure for life.✨💫⭐❤️♥️💝💘❣️💕💞💓💗💖💟

  5. Look up jimmy houston outdoors on u tube. He raised some young baby deer on the bottle. And turned them loose on his land . back to the wild. He was very successful

  6. Daniel Arms has a friend that raises deer, maybe he can give you some really great tips! I’m sorry I can’t remember his friends name.

  7. She is so beautiful! I was never a hunter. But it’s a huge sport up here in Northern WI. I moved back to my hometown from the city. My back yard has woods and I’m visited by deer and other wildlife daily. I am the weirdo that talks to them because I find such beauty in them. I love what you are doing! The haters are always going to hate!

  8. I rescued horses that had been starved. Long story short a cruelty investigator was added to Galveston County and also Harris County. that was the best thing that came out of it! This was over 35 years ago. Chronic wasting disease is horrible. But on that note—it has been kinda blown out of proportion too. Raise her out–yall can do it. I have know a lot of people who have. Yall did the right thing contacting experts. Get ready for some long nights–lol I am blessed that I get to see new babies every day run past my window..

  9. Sounds like you have covered every avenue. So it cant be in better hands. Just an idea. Contact Daniel at Arm family. He has a friend that has raised many baby deer. They seem to come and go from their house and stay around. The come and get snacks. Talk to Daniel Arms he may be helpful.

  10. Aww, she is so sweet and she loves your singing Jami! Her little tail wagged when you started to sing. I think it’s great you guys recused her…although, I am a little disappointed she isn’t a zebra. Lol -maybe next time

  11. Those eyelashes!! Bless you Jami for bonding with this precious baby. She's so fortunate to have such a great human momma!

  12. At least if she is released at Longhorn Lester's she will always have a food source and someone to watch over her x maybe you guys could get her a tag of some sort to keep track of her when she is released

  13. I think that is a real sweet thing yall did with taking her in. I am confused though. How do they know that a deer or wildlife has that disease if there is no test for it? I guess it is not making sense to me.
