Where is this at man this video makes me angry I went to the Bahamas I couldn't find a restaurant that serve stuff like, the conch salad has no conch in it. Forget going there on a cruise ship you get to do nothing cuz your time is so limited.

The Chayote is what we in Australia and Britain call a Choko and we boil or steam until tender and serve with butter, salt and pepper. We never eat them raw as they are slimy and sticky lol they can also be roasted in the oven in fat or oil.
