  1. You know….i always thought that for the fire pan all you had to do was cover it with the lid ? Cut off the oxygen and the fire will die out ? Does everyone in Japan have fire extinguisher handy ?

  2. Is it bad that I was low key scared and I wasn't even there like…
I also feel bad for the kids that are going there as a field trip I would just leave.✌️😝✨

  3. That water throw on the pit fire with oil is what my stupid ass did cuz I was panicking. The fire rised and hit the ceiling. When it rose it was shaped like some kind of an atomic bomb. The monoxide filled the whole apartment and you get teary eyed and have trouble breathing. Your throat will start to hurt and you'll start panicking. Be smart kids, don't be like me. You gotta take the source of fire out when there is one. In my situation I could have just pushed the pan away from the active stove or turned it off, put the lid on it and back away.

  4. I think this is gonna be super helpful. Although I'm not totally sure I should have watched fully, I got ptsd I didn't know I still had during the earthquake simulations, I was about to cry (I am from Mexico city, experienced 2019's earthquake in a 16th floor, I was safe, but seeing the city damages was terrifying)
I still want to take it all in account since earthquakes will keep happening and I'd rather be ready

  5. we dont really have earthquakes in germany (at least i never experienced one and im 27) but a facility like this would still be so helpful and interesting!
especially the fire ones cuz that shit can happen anywhere and to anyone!
my stove once malfunctioned ( i think it short-circuited) and somehow turned on all the plates without me knowing. the constant heat broke the glass bottle of oil i had on the counter next to the stove, the oil flowed all over the stove and counter and down to the floor. at one point a kitchen-paper-roll caught on fire. a few minutes later my smoke alarm went off. i was really lucky that i could just pick up the paper-roll and throw it in the sink where some dishes were soaking in water and extremely lucky that none of the oil caught on fire.
also lucky that the fire wasnt bigger, because i do not have a fire extinguisher ^^"

  6. I Feel like the anime "Japan Sinks" Is a great way to learn and see what to do and not to do in different situations. It teaches you how everything will really happen not the fake way.

  7. i was in a flood when i was 7 – pretty heckin scary !!! i couldnt swim
looking at google now, it says the rainfall was 30 cm (12 inch) and water levels in streets rose to 1.8 meters (5'10), which is 8 inches taller than my now adult height. oof.
