I read Dr.Drew said bubonic plague likely already in Skid Row an area of Los Angeles, California. It’s infested with rats and the city has no rat control program. The city doesn’t do much to clean up trash areas there among the homeless. Very dangerous. Maybe the city officials are waiting for the homeless to get sick and die off. ?
