00:27 not sure who was at fault here (more at fault) the truck appears to be turning in front of oncoming traffic, which succeeds in actually hitting the truck. I thought for sure it was then going to plow into the poor woman and her child who had just crossed the road. I wonder how much steering was involved deliberately to avoid that.
