装着率が高いのは事故の確率が高いから。
事故が多いのは道路インフラの不備（信号がなかったり、どちらが優先か不明な交差点）のせいもあるが、貧弱なインフラにもかかわらず飛ばしまくるから。
さらに、左折するのに右のレーンからいきなり曲がったり、雪道で追い越しをかけたり「常識的に考えてやってはいけないこと」をするケースが多いのも見て取れる。
やっぱりロシア人の頭おかしいと言う結論になる。
最初のやつは、対向両方が追い越しをかけてるのか。
追い越しのために反対車線に出た時点で見えてるだろうに（それが見えないような状況なら追い越しをかけるべきではない）。
