James Butler “Wild Bill” Hickok epitomized the Wild West. Soldier, spy, scout, gambler, lawman, and yes – gunfighter. This is a comprehensive look at Wild Bill’s life, from his early days in Illinois to his time in the Civil War, and his various exploits as a frontier lawman. And finally, we’ll accompany Hickok to the black hills boomtown of Deadwood and his ultimate destiny. You’ve never heard Wild Bill’s story quite like this! THIS IS A COMPILATION FROM A PREVIOUS SERIES ON HICKOK. #wildwest #history #oldwest

  1. He was a REAL MAN💯…..nough SAID 😎…you gotta ask yourself 👀…. would you have done it differently 👀… REALLY, what would you have done, in his his shoes🧐😎

  2. I've been listening to you since your bloody beaverin' days. And in the words of "bear claw" Chris Rafferty, blood kin of the grizzly that bit Jim Bridget's ass, you've come far pilgrim. Keep up the great work.

  3. Another great one. I guess a boy extra is the male version of girl Friday…

Also, you had me rolling when you mentioned a prostitute called smooth bore…the visual was disturbing 😂😂😂😂

  4. I know opium dens were around in the late 1800s and it seems only logical the Chinese brought it here. Duh😅 but I really don't know exactly when white men started using opium by smoking it. But of course we all know it was in laudanum😊 and I'm kicking myself in the ass right now because I can't remember the name of that so-called law that went into effect in 1914. I just know it was Carnegie and Rockefellers way of getting control of the drugs so they could open their own medical school and throw a lot of doctors in prison because they didn't practice medicine the way the elite wanted it done. Like that doctor who went to prison because he said it's better to wash your hands. Anyway I've always wanted to try opium but I don't reckon I'll ever get the chance😢 was it the Harrison Act of 1914? And they sent a senator down from the south I should probably say up from the South but anyway they sent a senator and he said that cocaine makes black men go crazy and rape white women. That's how they got cocaine outlawed along with opioids.

  5. I am distantly related to a shootist named John King Fisher aka King Fisher. From what I have read he was everything that people said he was either it good or bad. He was supposed to be a deadly shot with two pistols at once. My dad had letters that his great grandmother had from family members talking about him and some of the things he had done.

  6. gambling was the down fall of this man in every way… i know this because i used to be a gambler – and if i didn't leave it in oblivion i'd be in the street right now waiting to die pretty much.

  7. I wonder if Wild bill ever made someone shit like a wolf ? I really hope and I hope that was like some badass thing badass men did back then, because now a days no body does any thing except cry like a Bit..! Never see anyone making a MF shit like a wolf and haul ass doing it

  8. i heard it was 70 yards conservative, it was measured!! and it was a heart shot. Bill practiced everyday, and he had accurate ammo from a long barrel, with i believe 36 cal full jacket, pointy copper head type rounds, with extremely quality guns, constantly maintained, properly oiled, elbow grease etc…i even heard he used to blow into each chamber before inserting a round. When asked why he did this, he said – '' i have to be sure when i pull''… What does this all mean? something scary – that mid-chest shot at about 210ft UNDER PRESSURE was not luck!!! p.s. i also believe bill did not start these type fights, he had a magnanimous friendly nature with a great sense of humor, i believe he had a stead fast conviction even to a fault of finishing these fights tho. All in all his living legend was earned thru his natural actions not self promotion that much i really believe. He used to make fun of himself telling ridiculous story's – like the 100 Indians chasing him, on horse back while he only had 2 six shooters, he said i shot 12 of them dead, then while everyone listening at a card game, while on edge said o.k. but then what happened with the 80 some odd Indians, bill said… ''they killed me'' – while the room busted out laughing. lol… thats not a man trying to self promote. so i kinda like him.
