The Northern pho is best. Eating it the Southern style, aka putting all the veggies in the bowl, only ruins the delicious broth. No, it's not enhancement but a distraction.

I'd pay $20 buck for it just because of the part of the world. $100 is over valued.
Try the Pho and many other dishes in the middle regions of VN, such as Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh. You'd be surprised. Cheers!
