14. You all shouldn't comment if you don't know what was really going on. I actually know one of the victims. Young lady just had a hard time in life. We grew up together. She was hit in the head with a pipe by some young boys a long time ago. Kinda messed her up. But she was really nice. I don't know what happened as to why she was fighting. But she was a cool person. The driver should have stopped. Other cars stopped or went around them.

20. If the driver had been paying attention, they would've seen the women in the street. The area doesn't appear to be well-lit, but 8934 Cullen Blvd is a well-lit area. The driver should be charged with manslaughter and hit-and-run.

For one this is absolutely out of the ordinary and prayers go out to God for all involved, I do believe that they were not seen by the driver, even if intoxicated, I know that person felt the sensation of running something over and should have stopped for that reason alone. Women or men fighting in the middle of a road that has constant activity is purely irrational, leading me to believe that this could have been crackheads nonetheless human life is still precious and important no matter what and @johndoe-zz1nr , it could have been Becky, Susan, Annie or Karen or Maria Luz Rosia or whomever your comment was null and void.
