I get that it's probably a metaphor for suicide, but knowing that abstracting cannot be reversed is horribly depressing to me. During that one scene, Kaufmo doesn't really attack Ragatha until she talks about how his jokes weren't funny, which makes me wonder if the abstracted still have some flicker of their former selves in there still conscious.

I know a lot of people like Kaufmo cause he’s “Chill” but honestly I think I might be the only not not the biggest fan of him.
I think he was way to chill tbh, I mean before Jax he always hung out with Froggit even had weekly cafe hangouts, spent a lot of time together with her and jax but never once saw anything wrong with froggit, checked on her, called Jax out for shutting her out especially when they stopped hanging out. He only had a problem with Jax when HE was getting affected by his shitty behavior.
In my opinion he was a terrible friend, only there for you when you are okay and happy and only cares if something bad happens to himself.
