Delhi is known for creamy bases and mixing curries which became useful oversees, especially butter during period of no water and how cook, all the spices and roots emerge or trace origin back home eventually.

Daryaganj restaurant comes from namesake Daryaganj neighborhood of Delhi. Jaggi family and Gujral family are fighting to get title as to whose grandfather came up with butter chicken. The third partner of orignal owners Kundan Lal Jaggi and Kundan Lal Gujral Thakur Das mago completely forgotten in the domination over recipe fight.

Ghanta, mitha lagta hai, menu main India ka bas yahi ek hi chicken. Isse kaiguna achha chicken bihar, bangal aur dusre state main banta hai.
