🟢 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. We salute your dedication for creating this Sonny. This video authentically captures the story of pagpag, unlike some YouTubers who exploit it for their own narratives. We're glad Sonny enjoyed his visit to the Philippines, and his videos are appreciated by many ❤.

  2. Bacteria die after being heated at certain temperature, but dangerous toxin bacteria left behind can not be destroyed by heat. ~ Be a vegetarian for the period you can not afford meat is better for your health.

  3. I'm a Filipino, born, grew up and living here in the Philippines, but I have never heard of these things until now. It's quite a gruesome sight having to see recycled chicken eaten by people. But if they like it and there's no health risk, then I don't see any problem. We are happy people regardless … rich and poor smile all the time. Thanks to the uploader for bringing informative things like this to light.

  4. I am hurt to see this video. I am sickened to know people are suffering this way, and wonder how many of us that go to visit these places as tourist put money in someone's hand, or buy their family groceries or pay their rent. It's okay to help strangers, other human beings without a camera. Do you know how much 20 euros or dollars help a family in different countries. We enjoy their sites. We have to do better. And yes, I try to help as much as I can. I'm sure some of us do. But what about those who don't. We will be judged for what we refuse in our hearts to do..

  5. this so heartbreaking.. i was literally crying while watching.. I realized how lucky I am watching this. I hope everyone appreciates how lucky the are to not experience this kind of struggle. Always thank God for all the blessings you are receiving everyday.

  6. That is one of the impacts of the Spanish colonialists who converted a long time ago. Their religion does not teach which food is good, suitable to be eaten and which food is bad, according to them it is tradition, and the tradition is very disgusting, don't say it is culture.

  8. Genuinely asking, She used a lot of seasoning to make a pog pog. Isn't cheaper to buy like chicken feet, head or liver? 🤔

  9.
