  1. Wonton and the kids are too cute, made for each other. Thank you all for your love and all you make possible for the animals, Tawnee,- you are amazing!

  2. YOU SHOULD TAKE TWO OF THE 8IIB SHOES AND GET THEM TO STRAP THEM TO THERE FEET SO THEY CAN TO FEEL EVEN MORE FOR THE HORSE WHEN THEY SEE THE WEIGHT THEY CONSTANTLY KEEP ON ..

  3. Tawnee, good luck in Washington. This is such important work you're doing to get laws changed. You new pamplet looks fabulous. Good information and explanations contained inside. I'm saying prayers for your success in your presentation getting through to those that can change laws.

  4. Good for you Tawnee, you are an angel for horses. Thank you so much, you add so much heart to all of this. 💖💖😃😃😃💖

  5. The professionalism of your organization just went up several notches. A great job with the booklet your going to use to present to those who can lobby for change. Nothing like pictures to tell a story. Calling all fans of Horse Plus, let us all send what we can to fund Tawnee's upcoming trip to DC. If we fans can fund these trips that leaves more funds in the accounts that are used to treat the animals!

  6. I admire people that can do these types of rescue. I could never do rescue. I would be so far under the jail house seeing these animals in such rough conditions. I would be cussing worse than a sailor, I would be hiring someone that does voodoo to put a hex on the horrible people that mistreated these poor animals. I definitely would never see the the light of day again because I would be beating the heck out of the heartless people that turn a blind eye and not try and help these beautiful creatures.
With all of this being said, May Go bless each and everyone of these beautiful people that are taking a stand to help these animals to relieve their suffering and giving those that are save able a new lease on life. Having trouble with typing because I’m crying from watching this video. Thank you for all that you do.

  7. I hope you guys know how very special you all are. I can tell the Vets are struggling, but I want you both to know that you are AMAZING!! please only focus on the positive. Your work is so very important to the animals and to us animal lovers. Thank you❤

  8. Thank you so much for all you are doing.Especially going to Washington DC. Dealing with bureaucracy is not fun but, is so necessary.

  9. That is awesome I hope you guys have a great trip and I hope they start listening these laws that they have are prehistoric and need to change these poor horses need your voice I’m so proud of you guys and I’m so happy that I follow your channel and dread the word thank you so much love that name wanton lol

  10. Why not tax all horse sales…to finance free end of life care for horses…. It would slow down the dumping of injured and old horses in filthy meat auctions..

  11. I know the fractures will have had the last act of kindness but my heart goes out to the black that got of the second trailer, unsure what the outcome is but they just looked like they had no hope left in this world, I hope they have a future

  12. Thanks for the updates! Great information. Thank you all for your hard work. Thanks to all the donors for prayers and monetary donations. ♥️🙏😔

  13. I bet Shawnee was the kid in the school who just COULD NOT keep a secret, and no one ever explained to her that it is not nice to talk about stuff in that way…. either keep the secret secret or share it, Shawnee… it's irritating to be teased like that… ( you would have been a friend of my sister. )

  14. If you could talk to President Trump I think he would help and get something done he knows a lot of people. Republicans are more likely to help the Democrats don't have any feelings unless it makes them look good or they get something out of it. I wish you luck I really do. I remember reading a article about some people trying to stop Thoroughbreds from going to slaughter. They got to talk to Palosi and Vice President Pence and they shut it down with no explanation so good luck🙏🙏🙏

  15. Seen on another posting you have, some what I call Negative Nancies, Nathans belittling your rescue effort. Theres another term, just couldnt think of the wording.

Anyways, because of how many are euthanized. But they neglect to mention the injuries, meaning broken legs, laminitis, the gelding surgery gone wrong etc. so obviously those negatve Nancies dont care how much their suffering and dont care.

People who are against Euthanasia in cases of beoken legs, laminitis, dont understand what a horse goes theough when they have those conditions

Yes, some horses can syrvive those conditions, but not for very long usually.

  16. Praying for eyes, hearts and minds to be opened to your presentations in DC 🛐 (and hopefully here in TN where maybe the governor can be turned around!)

  17. Dr. Lydia is such an asset to Horse Plus. I am so happy to see that she is now a full time vet there. Her compassion and knowledge is such a blessing to the animals. You can tell that she really loves the animals and her work. I wish she was here for my dogs. I look forward to seeing more of Dr. Gina. She seems kind also.

  18. We are very proud of you too Tawnee! Great job on the booklet that you put together. Hopefully it really touches the lawmakers that have it in their power to make such important changes in the equine world.

I am so thankful to HPHS for your continued perseverence …in spite of so many road blocks …to saving these precious horses and in far too many cases, ending their excruciating pain. There were definitely a lot of very sad cases in this week's buyout. Oh how I'd love to go after the former owners that let these horses get in such horrible condition. They obviously have no conscience and will answer to their Creator one day.

  19. Tawny, wonderful booklet to hand out in Washington DC! Loads of respect for how you're taking your rescue strategy to the next level: trying to prevent suffering. All your experience and knowledge being put to use for the greater good. It's very inspiring to see. And your workaround to rescue horses in spite of being banned from the auction is admirable. Even with the horrendous shape some (or a lot!) of the horses are in, at least they arrive in a place of peace and love at HPHS, where their needs are being met by a wonderful team with true compassion.
