  1. Buddy, I've lived in Knoxville,TN my whole life. We stayed in the mountains in the summer. I've waded in every creek and river. There are things that only the Cherokee have ever seen, and some regular people too. The windigo ,I , myself, believe whole heartedly does exist. I've heard All the stories and that is definitely one I believe I have actually seen. That's why I don't go anywhere without some kind of weapon, knife, tazer, something.

  2. What a thing to live in fear. I cannot even imagine your life. Mountains in summer. Native American myths. It's a whole other world to what i'm in. Be careful. Take care of yourself.

  3. This was AWESOME!!!!!!! I have lived in Western North Carolina my entire life and love hearing these stories. Thank you so much ❤

  4. One thing that the first story reminded me of is something I thought to be a good guideline. If the area you're in has little to or no other people then that should always be a sign to turn right back round and leave.

Some of these monster stories have started, after all, with there being absolutely no other people there or only those that have to be there or the few already there leaving seemingly the split second the people in the story arrive.

  5. I've lived in the smokey mountains for 40 years. I'm surrounded by the national park on three sides. for anyone familiar with the area mark from moonshiners is my neighbor. my mother worked for the park for years so I know all the rangers. we've seen some strange things. the scariest thing you will see thou is the same thing that kills tourists every year. pure stupidity. if you don't respect the wilderness it wont respect you.

  6. About story one, Banner Elk is a town that has been home to Lees McRae College for over 100 years, and lies at the foot of beach, mountain and sugar mountain two of western North Carolina’s most popular ski resorts.

  7. I love the stories, but have a hard time with the hard G's in words ending in "ng". Long-guh, strong-guh, wrong-guh, bang-guh…Have had to hit chilling tales when it gets to be too much, but do still enjoy your channel a bunch. I'm picky, I suppose, but still enjoy what you're doing.
