5. This whole video is ignoring the whole point, being on the ground in a STREET FIGHT is crazy stupid, couse if it switch from a 1 vs 1 to a 1 vs more people and you are already on the ground trying to take out someone… you are f*cked, cant defend yourself cant run away.

   BJJ is particularly effective in the only case of you not getting knocked down while you go for the take down and of an actual 1 vs 1, basically it works only when the circumstances are not particularly dangerous, but in the actual self defense needed situations that will make it worst.

12. I had to drive my friend to the hospital and we met a bjj guy who was assaulted by 2 guys who broke his arm in a fight. A few days later we read in the local news, that he was assaulted with a alu bat, and he managed to submit both of them with a broken arm, while calling the police himself. I think it's fair to say bjj isn't useless

    Most guys don’t even know how to throw a proper punch and flail. Let alone expect someone to grapple you to the floor and choke you in multiple ways
