Unexpected flash floods in San Diego destroys homes, roads

Residents in San Diego are recovering from a historic and bizarre bout of winter rain and flash floods. The city was struck with more than a month’s worth of rain, in just six hours – destroying several homes, flooding neighborhoods and leading to hundreds of water rescues. NBC News’ Steve Patterson is there.

  3. lame reporting. too little information about where this was all happening. typical clickbait. we live in PB and had no idea this flooding was going on. and thanks to half-assed news coverage, it's still pretty hazy as to what neighborhoods were affected.
