Dog Expert view is, all the dogs 🐶🐩 sense fear and joy and other emotion among humans. When he saw his fellow humans are joyful to see these dolphines, he took them as friends, the dolhines move was also frendly, nothing to fear for him. So he decided to know his friend better and be close.
