All cases r heartbrokening but Sasha's Mom reminded me as her daughter, there very sooo identically the same image of each other but God give strength to allow all the beautiful diceased families to overcome these outrageous crimes, that shouldn't happen. Good gracious God, may life turnaround for all criminals n all lack of impulsive bad behavior may redeem them while God give them the choices in picking their nurturing ways , then being harshly wrong… You can overcome past tragedies if you pick Jesus the Messiah to be your light of paths, through darkness stupid thoughts.

In the case of the girl Elisa,there should be a set age of being an adult and if your below this age when you commit the crime you're a minor. The judge being able to try minors as adults if they feel the crime is atrocious doesn't seem justified. I'm not saying that the person shouldn't be tried for murder ,just that a minor should be tried as an adult. Some states don't even require that a guardian be present at interrogation. This is a gross misconduct because if they're a minor are they really going to be able to understand their rights to have council? Their right to remain silent when a seasoned detective is sitting across from them?
