She’s been recovering well from her first set of surgeries. She has a slight muscle tone and appears to have an anal tone also. The fact she has both are VERY good sign and her surgeon thinks she will make a full recovery. Margo underwent surgery to repair several fractures and she’s slowly regaining the ability to walk. She’s considered as “special needs” since she will never walk normally again, and unfortunately, the special needs pups can be pretty hard to place, despite how absolutely precious they are.
Margo is about 5 years old, and 13lbs, she’s a little hesitant with strangers, but she’s very dog & cat-friendly. Huge thanks for every support and every donation in giving Margo a second chance.

Very happy that Margo made a full recovery thanks to the rescuer and amazing vetinaring. What a beautiful resilient adorable dog. I will pray that she finds a loving home. Whoever hit Margo shame on you and karma will be following you. Something should be done in Texas to stop this from happening. Absolutely shameful.

I would strongly encourge everyone to advocate for animal crossing in the form of bridges and tunnels. It would aid domestic and wild animal populations and studies ahve alrwady proven it helps to cut dramatically down on road kill as animals actually use them.
