A woman drove a car… to the front of our shelter. Very doubtful! What is she doing?
Dumped a puppy on the street… She threw the little dog like trash. Oh my God!
What did that puppy do? She got in the car and left…The child runs after the owner…, very dangerous. Luckily, Auto didn’t hit her.
Poor little puppy left behind…
