24. Such a sweet, adorable baby. I am a decades long Rottie mom, but one of my previous Rottie girl's best friends was the Pittie boy across the way. He was a DOLL. He loved to play, adored his dad, grandparents, and my Rottie. He loved to play with me too. He would hide from his dad on a corner if my driveway. I would go down my drive to that corner and he knew he was bagged. He went right to PLAY!
    I would tell him his dad, grammy, or grampy was looking for him and he had to go home. I would walk toward their house and he would run large circles around me and getting close for his pat as he went by me. I could hear him grunting and making other guttural noises when we played. His dad carried him like a baby or like they were dancing. He would whine and gab to his dad all the way home whe carried. Miss that boy and my little girl who was his bestie. The Rottie boy we have now went to school in town just for one socialization. We got him on Dec 30th and live in the woods in New England. He needed to meet and see other dogs. Day 1, our 10 week old puppy made a beeline the 1 year old female pittie that was there with her dad. She took to him immediately and they were fast and best buds through the whole session. They didn't really socialize with the other dogs, but both were fine with them. Our mission was accomplished.
