  1. 3:50 If a bird swoops down thinking that is a fresh puddle of water to drink, it won't be able to fly away at first after a few sips with how light and tiny they are lol.

  2. This guy is saying that it's getting hot as an excuse for not doing the tests in Phoenix, Arizona??? WOWWWW! That's like living in Seattle and calling in sick in March because it's raining. Spoiled brat from the suburbs who peaked in high school for sure. My response for when he said the cop broke his $200 pen would have been "Shut the f*** up, they'll REALLY like you in jail, don't drop the soap pretty boy"

  3. Daaaaaang, I can’t imagine how awful of a boyfriend he would’ve. Not being willing to accept accountability. Ooph. 🙅‍♀️ 🙅‍♀️

  4. I am ashamed to say I have drunk drove before. Thankfully I fidnt hurt anyone. I accepted my punishment. My sincerest apologies to all of you who have been affected by someone that made a horrible decision like I did.

  5. I'm not disputing that what the guy did was dangerous and reckless but I'm pretty sure LEOs aren't supposed to be the judge and jury on scene. There's no excuse for that level of unprofessionaism.

  6. completely right to take that driver off the road. and the cop got cocky when he broke the pen. regardless of how douchey the guy is. regardless of how unimportant his property seems to you. his department probably lost money because of that. youre a cop. a public servant. you need to be perfect at all times. that cop needs to do better.

  7. Not gonna lie!!
Im like 4 brews in and am out!
    Seeing that vodka poured!….
    Made me sad.
If it was a carpet!… punkrock/metalcore me has sucked shots spilled into the carpet out! Spot back in and sipped it!
Much to the "OH MY GAWD!" of me mates!.. I said "leaving it is alcohol abuse. An alcoholic abuses the stuff!"
Got a laugh and high fives!
    Then said "doubles!!!
    Triple doubles for true BLKs!"
My buddy Tbone was the only one to do triple doubles

  8. Hands down the cop is right obviously, in his defence tho all I would say in response is he could of just fined the man instead, then dropped him off somewhere safe such as home.

  9. He can't say he didn't consent to a breathalyzer when he blew into it lol. You don't say you don't consent to the test after the results lol.

Also the whole sobriety test leading up to the breathalyzer you can refuse. Imo you should. It only serves to incriminate you. Any mistake is evidence that you are under the influence and people will make a mistake stone cold sober. It in NO WAY helps the cop determine if you are sober. It's evidence for the cop to explain why he assumed you are drunk and gave you a breathalyzer when it is asked why the defendant was given a breathalyzer test. Nothing more.

If someone says you are drunk because they find you troublesome and want you gone. So they exaggerate a story to the cops saying a customer is drunk in public.

The cop can't just give you a breathalyzer and say prove them wrong. He talks to you. He asks if he can give you a few tests to prove you are sober.

You had 1 drink, not at all drunk. You aren't slurring your words. Your posture and balance is normal. You are disgruntled because of the drama and the cop is offended by it. So let's say he sides with the person who called you in and is looking for a way to end the situation by taking you in.

If you tell him no. He's gotta find a way to have reason to believe you are drunk… What another person says is hearsay. It's not evidence. Okay nothing the cop can do here. It's public property and you aren't in the business. You aren't drunk. You are free to go.

Or you agree to it. Perform the first two tests properly. On the last test you misunderstood and did the test a second time and passed. Well that first failed attempt could mean you are drunk. Please breathe into this breathalyzer. You score a .02. Under arrest for being drunk in public, and public disturbance.

You go to jail. They do a blood test an hour later and you are 0.00. So the drunk in public is dropped, but you still have a domestic disturbance charge. Too bad you didn't refuse the test.
