If this plane had been carbon fiber instead of aluminum I wonder how this would have played out?
I got tears weld up and running, these people were so afraid they would die…but thank god the landing gear worked. Those pilots did great!
These are so enjoyable to watch.
If I had seen that crack while I was boarding that aircraft , off the plane I would go. But before that I would have hollered so loud about it that someone would have paid attention.
This might not be the best thing to watch right before my flight that’s happening in less than 2 days
Even though this has been shown so many time's, i still give all glory to G-d for that first plane not breaking up, what a miracle.
ДЕЛАЙ ВЫБОР АД ИЛИ РАЙ
Female pilot is beautiful ❤️
Everybody talks about the “Miracle on the Hudson”. And it truly was an awesome miracle. But holy cow!!! What about the “Miracle In Hawaii”? If the fuselage had failed a few moments later, no one would’ve had seatbelts on. Dozens would have died immediately. Furthermore, one wrong move by the pilots and the plane would’ve broken into pieces. The landing could have snapped the plane apart. Everyone should’ve died a dozen times over. Wow. Those pilots were truly spectacular. Heroic even.
Dad and the President of Aloha (Maurice Meyers) were having lunch together at the Waialae Country Club exactly when this happened. A Waiter gave Maurice the phone (we didnt have Cell phones then. Only Car phones), and Dad said He looked like he Just saw a Ghost while on the phone. He excused himself to dash out to the Airport and Dad finished Lunch Alone. Later he found out. Later Got a Job with Aloha, and I used to take a Tug to the other side of HNL to check out the cockpit compartment (it was separated from the main body).
This is why you DO NOT ALLOW REPORTERS in a war zone. This is what happens…….
Thank goodness there are no new episodes of plane crashes, other plane crashes helped change the aviation industry,
Let’s not try and “make records” with air buses…the stupidity. 🤦🏽
Hilo: great name for an airport. First you go Hi; then you go lo.
This video has been posted dozens of times on YouTube. Interesting to think that if this were to happen now, we’d have recorded dozens of cell phones inside the plane during the event.
You already have this under a different title ffs
Old episode but I’ll watch still haha
Man. That chick didn't think to tell the flight attendant??? It takes a second. 🤦♂️. I understand being contentious and assuming they know what's going on, but come on. That's not like you're pestering them over something silly
This story has been beat to death. You need new programming or to die on the YouTube vine.
"Can you fly a plane?" That's A nightmare
One of the takeaway, or lesson here is if u see something , say something
