1. I have been interacting with people through running and participating in facebook groups over the last decade or so. I'm looking forward to actually meeting a lot of those people in person this year at Resolvecon
   – so if you see my name and we have interacted on social media over the last decade – Please say hello.
   – I will be there for all three days ( as a spectator ) – Really excited about it.
   Coming down from Vancouver Canada – haven't really been anywhere since the pandemic- so I thought that driving down the coast would be a great vacation ( 6-7 hour drive )

3. Jason rocks !! Check out his channel, great Videos and I learned everything I know about the Audio side of Resolve plus a bunch of general Resolve tips and training !! Subscribe you won’t regret it !! Plus he’s a lovely guy and always helpful and responsive.

4. I attended ResolveCon last year and it was a great experience! The speakers were people that I already follow but they gave us some gold nuggets that you don’t get from YT videos. Being there in person was really helpful! Only recommendation I have for next year is to keep the same weekend every year (like 2nd weekend in August or something) that way people like me that book out gigs a year in advance can make sure we keep that open. Sadly I can’t go this year because I have a gig booked that Saturday 🙁 totally would have been there! Keep up the great work guys!

7. @ 9:45 This is me every time I open Resolve. Especially Fairlight. It is horrible to use TBH. Especially when you're trying to use advanced modes which conflict with other things you did earlier and won't let you change simple stuff like reverb. Trying to edit sounds like keyframing them in a timeline is just broken IMO. Would be great if you had an adjustment tab like with the edit page, where effects could turn on and off at will, or keyframe the volume of the overlaying effect. Trying to do this simple thing is a nightmare in Fairlight.

    Please look into setting your audio output gain higher, had to turn up volume on full and barely hear you at home.

    It was worse in the car driving to work.
