I'm not as good a person as the others comments. Thank God for the ones that rescued these precious dogs. But I have No sympathy or understanding of such a person that can tie up a dog. To me they are less than human. I'm grateful the lady had compassion as I admire her!!!
Nice video, but I would have preferred the authorities being called and the dog's owner being arrested. Didn't these rescuers see the other emaciated chained up dog nearby?
Seeing the momma dog cuddling in a nice, warm, clean bed with her person who loves her- makes me feel more joy than anything else in life. Dogs have so many emotions. I want to do this so much, but I can’t even pay all my bills… one day I’ll get there. ❤

God bless the owner and thank God that people are trying to take care of them.Dogs are so faithful .. I wish I had a house instead of a co-op because I would certainly try to save any I saw out there suffering… dogs are so faithful.. am so glad to see people all over helping them…I wish I had a house but am going to try find a way to help if it means I walk around with bags of dog food.
They are faithful to us and I pray for them and try to help any I see out there ..

The owner is probably struggling and didn't know what to do. Most shelters aren't taking more animals as they switch to no kill shelters
