5. UH, the one person getting on the freeway is at fault. He is supposed to match his speed and merge safely. Yes the chucklehead in the car was speeding trying to get past traffic and the truck but they were in that lane and the merger should have slowed down to get behind them. Your lane ends, your responsibility to merge safely. At least that is what I was taught in drivers ed. Unless posted otherwise, if your lane is ending, you need to look and carefully merge with traffic, not into it. I'm referring to 1:14:33 where the trucker appears to be racing a blue SUV to merge into that lane.

6. @4:04 the POV filming is at fault for raming the rear of the car in frount. He had plenty of time to miss the car but his ego took over the wheel because the car cut infront of him plus the Last Clear Chance Doctrine tells me hes guilty of this accident. Last Clear Chance Doctrine is used in tort law for cases involving negligence and is applied when both the plaintiff and defendant are responsible for an accident that resulted in harm. When applied in states with contributory negligence laws, it is often seen as a type of exception or limitation to those laws. The doctrine considers which party had the last opportunity to avoid the accident that caused the harm

9. Don’t understand why people choose to ride motorcycles with so many mentally impaired drivers on the road. Death wish ? I rode most of my life, been hit 5 times, the final time resulted in major leg reg reconstruction surgery that made my leg 1 1/2 inch shorter with a severe crooked bend that causes me discomfort every day. The driver who hit me had insurance but the medical bills were over 270,000 dollars. Just not worth it in my opinion.
