  1. Only here to say that if they want people to buy their products and services, they shouldn’t gloat about being right. Not a smart business move to make millions of potential customers upset with you if you are trying to sell them something. And for the record, I have zero in student loans.

  2. Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ show as always! Thanks for the laughs fellas. Love all y’all!! ❤ Happy 4th (late now) everyone! 🇺🇸 ❤️🤍💙

  3. Stop being dramatic, George if the Airbnb doesn’t work out, you can always rent your house to anyone. Buying investment properties in cash is completely ridiculous.

  4. Nick, it's called bring a homeowner. There is always upkeep on a home you own, which takes both time and money. A pool will multiply the time and money you spend. You must not have had any conversations with homeowners before you bought your house. Buying a new house may help in the short run, but eventually you will need a new HVAC system, a new hot water heater, a new roof, plumbing and electrical repairs, lawn work, etc. It's unavoidable. It's called life and homeownership. 1:51:09

  5. So, I’m not sure who to ask…but here’s my predicament. I’m a stay at home mother with three under three. I have a wonderful husband who has been working hard to be sure he can support us. He attended a university to get his commercial liscense for flying. Because we were trying to reduce debt as much as possible we had to sell and leave state to find a university that would take his GI bill and associate degree he already had. They required that he get a masters in a field similar to his associates so he was a full time student with a wife and two children living on whatever he could make ubering etc Covid hit during this time and changed up how the college worked. We ended up leaving before he got his masters because it was going to double the time and we could no longer afford it. We ended up using loans to get enough hours to get his commercial on our own. We are now job hunting with over 100K in debt and living in a camper to reduce expenses. Any idea what to do to get back on top? We want to get into the flight industry as soon as possible so he can get established. But that means taking a pay cut and perhaps trying to live off of around 30K it’s the three little and a boatload of debt with no home for at least two more years. We’re trying to figure out the best financial moves possible, any advice?

  6. What if it had gone the other way and people had paid off their debt losing 10K. 😢 it didn’t matter to sit back and wait for the out come, no harm done there. Now get on it and pay the student off. 👍🏻

  7. For the one about the lady that had her car totaled and she made the argument about a car that wasn't maintained well, that's a very valid argument. Carfax doesn't show every maintenance item that was done, so it's not really that helpful in showing if a car was maintained. You might get lucky and find someone like me who keeps maintenance records and passes that on to the next owner. I do all my own oil changes so that won't show up on carfax. And even if something was done and shows up, it's usually vague wording. People don't take care of their cars these days. If something starts making noise they wait until it's undrivable before it gets fixed which usually means when it's undrivable it gets sold as-is or junked at the junkyard. You're basically not going to find a car these days without front end suspension problems, failed motor mounts, and a timing belt that needed to be replaced 30k miles ago for under $10k. Even at $10k I found cars that had front end suspension problems and who knows what else. That stuff needs to be replaced or it will soon become a safety concern. But people don't want to spend the money on maintenance to do it when it starts having issues and just leaves it until the car is worthless and then they go out and buy a new car with an $800 a month payment. I recently bought a $6k car and I had to replace the entire front end suspension and steering components at 180k miles. Steering and suspension stuff generally goes bad by 120-150k tops, so they were driving it around for many thousands of miles like that. And that's one of the better cars I test drove for the price. Buying from a dealership doesn't get you a better car, because they didn't even replace stuff they said they replaced on their paper they gave me of the small list of things, and they certainly didn't touch the steering or suspension. Buying a used car is a huge gamble these days.

  8. Don't really feel bad for Airbnb and VRBO. Also, people had 3 years of not paying on student loans, they should have figured something out.

  9. They are right. You can’t get out of paying for your mortgage or any other type of debt. Why should student loans be any different. I payed off all of my student loans years ago and I’m glad that I did.

  10. My husband and I paid off our student loans last month! It was a long, hard process, but WE paid them off! Now, on to our last consumer debt! Then, FREEDOM!

  11. I saw my parents property taxes go from about 4.5k a year to 9k over a 10 year period. The reason wasn’t due to property values rising it was due to them increasing the rate. I’m from PA and property taxes are done by the school district so if you wanna know if your taxes are gonna go up you look at the schools finances and my districts are terrible. They have an insane amount of debt and jack the tax rate as much as they can wash year to try and stay afloat.

  12. To all these poor soul student loan borrowers who debts are kicking their ass left and right, let them alllllllll eat cake, LOL!!!😂😂😂😂😂

  13. In vitro fertilization is the commoditization of human life. How are they okay with just "cash flowing" this process – are people not aware of the extraordinary infraction on human rights IVF causes? Absolutely insane. Even from a financial perspective, there are other more productive and effective ways of tackling infertility for couples. Morally objectionable. I understand the struggles that couples have with infertility and the good desire to have children. IVF, the process of creating humans through a peatrea dish and keeping the "strongest" or more "desired" can not be the answer.

  14. I can only afford to pay my tuition that I cash flowed with a 2nd job. I can’t afford as a tax payer to pay others tuition too. One was enough. Side note – My husband was very sick and was not able to work at the time. We were not wealthy. Just hard working and living with less.

  15. They call investments toys and yet they try to tell you to invest in mutual funds which are toys according to them lol. They are so messed up in the head

  16. They want to make you believe they want to save you money but then they say oh well just spend money to get your car checked out to see if it's a good deal so you can buy it
Yes we all have money just lying around waiting to be spent to see if a car that we want to is in good condition. Idiots

  17. The problem is you guys are the reason why this didn't get past. Conservatives are the ones who elected Trump and got those god awful partisan hacks in the supreme court, three of them!! You can't act like you care when you wanted this to happen. I appreciate y'all but your so biased it hurts.

  18. It's funny how these clowns don't ever talk about how a person is never active in their own portfolio and just leave it up to the dumbass experts. Analyst change their minds just as fast as you and me. They have a job to do which means they're not actually as good as they could be. If they were as good as they think they are they wouldn't be doing it for a living lol.

  19. But what these idiots forget to remind everyone is that the same compound conversation that they tell everyone is NOT the same advice they give everyone. Let me remind you about the caller who was 13yr old that ask them what to do with $15,000 and they told him not to mess around with stocks or ETFs or mutual funds. These hypocrites are hoping that you don't watch closely to their show. These clowns will flip flop whenever they feel like it to suit their needs. They work at a desk and it's very easy to tell someone to go work five jobs. They just need a good smack.

  20. Even with the economy downturn..I'm super excited that I've built my portfolio to $550,560 from my weekly trade. I'm having my fourth withdrawal in 9 business days😊

  21. I didn’t go to college and that was my choice. I went to vocational school. I’ve earned a very nice living and I feel I have pretty decent security at the age of 56. Later on always comes folks. When these people have a career prospect and they want to go to college. They look at these papers and they sign for these loans and they don’t think about the future. I have a friend of mine, whose adult daughter is so deep in debt that her and her new husband don’t think they’ll be able to have children within a reasonable window, in regards to her fertility and age because of her student debt and I think that sad. There must be a way that someone can gain some kind of education and knowledge without sacrificing the rest of their life for it. I’m not anti-education, but there has to be a middle Road the sacrifice just seems so great that if you go to college forget about owning a Home or having children going on vacation ….enjoying the peace and freedom that they speak so much about on this platform. Also, I have to say that I’ve met too many people that are working bartending jobs in Applebee’s with all these high degrees and can’t get jobs. I have nothing against being a bartender or working at Applebee’s. I’m just saying that with all the debt they have accrued and the degrees that they have There’s not even a guarantee that they’ll get the big job! I think the pandemic gave plenty of time and much grace to those with financial difficulties, and my heart goes out to them, but we can’t use that as an excuse. It’s just not fair to the rest of the tax paying people and I am one of them. Again I have nothing against college, but at 56 years of age I don’t want my tax dollars going to someone who’s 23 &defaulted on a loan. I’m looking to you to get out there and work and contribute to my Social Security benefits. The same fund that I have been contributing to for 37 years lol I’m sorry 🤷‍♀️
