Geometry Dash – Spacial Rend (Extreme Demon) by Eclipsed and More 100% [240hz]

Only took me 3 and a half years just about to kick Titan Complex out of my top 10 lol

Anyway, this was a level I’ve had in my mind to some extent for a very long time. Not only was it top 3 back when I seriously started playing the game, but it seemed like it would be an enjoyable level for how hard it is. Huge emphasis on “seemed”. I did not find this very enjoyable; the balancing is some of the worst I’ve dealt with in any level, and my luck only made things escalate from there. The things I did like about the level were the song and the first 24% being very easy to get through. Unfortunately, that’s about it. Back to the balancing, upon reaching 24% you get a massive difficulty spike in the form of Cyber’s ship part, which is definitely one of the hardest ships in any level I’ve beaten, even if near the end it was a bit consistent. 31-49% is very on and off consistency wise, with most of the gameplay being relatively easy but then there are chokepoints like the orb chain at 43% and the triple click in SlimJim’s part that really got on my nerves, especially the closer I got to finishing it. After that, there’s the second half, which was a total nightmare from 0. Every part of it felt so much harder with nerves than it did practicing it, ESPECIALLY the ships. Outside of the ships, there was also Splash’s UFO that I died to a lot, and zBM’s part in its entirety was a total hellhole. There are also a number of transitions like for example Cyber’s size portal at 27% and the cube portal at the end of Nemphis’s part that are extremely cheap; I don’t understand how those managed to stay in the level. Back again to my luck, I died 5 times at zBM’s part, including an 84% and 86% which really made my skin boil, 9 WHErwin deaths, 6 of which came before having even 1 attempt past it, 13 deaths at Nemphis’s part, and 29 deaths at Splash. The experience I had with this brought me to some low motivation points; I’ve been planning on returning to Zodiac some time soon, but this made me start questioning my capability for that, having taken almost as many attempts that Bloodlust took and was just a long painful time as well. We’ll see what will happen with that though. I’m very relieved that I do not have to worry about this level again. So yeah, please stay away from this.
