  1. He doesn't want to come out in the same draft as Wemby. And he'll go higher next year. It's a smart business decision.

  2. Don’t forget the Myles Colvin and Cam Heide are automatically the most athletic players on the team. Adding much needed athleticism

  3. Arguably most impressive was their Phil Knight Invitational win. As a Purdue fan I wish we could fast forward to March because nothing this team does up until that point will really matter. I think Braden Smith and Fletcher Loyer are mentally tough enough to make the leap in March, but time will tell. Underrated I think the minutes at the 3 spot will be most important to this teams success. Heide and Colvin could completely change this teams abilities if they are as good as advertised.

  4. Yeah not just Colvin ….. Heide and Berg also come next week. Colvin and Heide are athletic beyond what they have never had under Painter…… Penn State down, Michigan Down, Iowa Down, IU Down… NW??? so are they really better or are there just another GOOD team.

  5. Most folks are not familiar with the other pieces Purdue is adding… Myles Colvin, Cam Heide, and Will Berg. Colvin and Heide are both FREAK athletes! And, Berg is a 7'2" dude that can shoot from anywhere. Look out…

  6. I'm sure Purdue will be dominant early season due to their experience playing together but no one will truly fear them in March until they prove it

  7. Besides Purdue's young players getting better, Zach Edey still has room for improvement – he's still only been playing basketball for 5-ish years…
