I appreciate everyone's concern for the zebras. However, they don't allow guns there in Kenya. First of all, I wasn't about to jump out of the vehicle to help fight the lions. Secondly, I don't I know if I could even throw a rock at the lions. In addition, my guide Willie would not have permitted me to throw rocks at the animals. I could not even leave the vehicle to get out and look for rocks. If I left the safety of our vehicle I would be attacked by a wild animal.
There have been many comments asking why I did not shoot the zebra to put it out of its misery or shoot at the crocodiles to stop them. I understand that it would have been better to end the suffering of that poor zebra. That baby zebra suffered too long. However, Kenya does not permit guns. It is not allowed.
Kill that poor zebra please! It will be a quick and short death !
