They should have hired a bailiff or clerk who could at least speak the English language.
Most likely he saw her from her far and recognised her. So this Doctor targetted her thinking she is an easy target to assault and then extort money from later on.
Many people attacking Gwyneth Paltrow for being a “Diva” or whatever but she is the victim in this case and this DOCTOR is trying to take advantage of her. It must not be easy for her going through all this and the media pressure on her is not helpful at all. If I were her I would want to hid my face too from the cameras, to have a moment to breathe and to find some sanity to focus in court.
Doctors are not good people. Especially not the “heroes” most naive people think they are.

Excellent; perfectly highlighted, best order; exactly what I took away from watching almost all of it in real time; but, I had to skip over your showing Dr. Sanderson's testimony, because it creeps me out the way he presents his version, his damaging, harmful, shaming and blaming and name-calling disgusting version of the collision.
I knew he was to blame.
I knew he was sick and compromised.
I knew his mind may have spun things and twisted facts.
I knew Gwyneth would win.

Do you know what’s even more amazing? She countersued for 1$. Says a lot about her. She knew that she was innocent and she didn’t want anything in return( when you’re countersuing you need to put an amount by law). I’m not really a fan of hers… I think she’s a bit weird, to each their own, but says a lot about her.
Idk why, despite the ruling, I believe the guy. Idk it feels like, I would do and sound like them, and get torn apart by her attorneys as well. I’m sorry, if my friend or myself, if I’m injured or they are, I would just agree with whatever so I could handle the situation. My mind wouldn’t be on who’s responsible.
