Tales of the Wendigo hold such a raw and primal sense of fear, even more so when told out in the velvet drape of night by fire. Is that crackle and pop from the campfire or did something just snap a twig as it stalks your scent. Are you safe by the fire or simply keeping its food warm.

.308 = 7.62X54R, not 7.62X39. those are way diff rounds. Same projectile diameter, good bit larger casing and powder load on the 54R compared to the 39…..

The whole swim trunks while you take a shower I understand that I know those people. If they had a party and you did not lock the bathroom door they'd bust open take a photo and say toilet Paparazzi. At same said party they'd walk around to give shots and instead of vodka is Everclear and instead of regular dark rum is 151, they would even do it to me at the bar or just a couple of us they ordered while I was in the bathroom or something. One time they got a double shot of 151 and with no clue I down the whole thing one go, we were at a male strip club in the city, it was a bachelorette party. The crazy thing is the same person that would do face plants into the hammock and end on the ground or hide under trucks to take a nap now owns their own business with kids and has for the most part have mellowed down but I don't have much contact now that I'm in a different state, but there's additional things that make it super complicated
