There should be a website (available to everyone who needs to ethically rehome a pet, and animal shelters, and humane societies, etc.) with pictures and names/aliases of people known to harm animals…scraping YouTube for screengrabs of abusive monsters would add a TON. These evil pricks are getting animals from somewhere, and if there is a single consolidated list for people to check before allowing their animals to be adopted, maybe it would save a few.

2 years later im here because of how fucked up this website is i was searching for goncharov (if you dont know, basically tumblr has a joke about a fake martin scorsese mafia movie called goncharov with people making fan content and such as if it was a real movie) so youtube thinks "oh lets also give you a listing for a hitler speech and a guy blowing his head off with a gun" i remember their last decision was age restricting a megaman 2 speedrunning video for swearing too much, yet recommend me a guy killing himself i didnt watch it (please dont search for stuff like this, your morbid curiosity isnt worth lifelong trauma, it's a guy killing himself you need to know that) but im well aware of this video as it was circling around twitter like 3 years ago with people warning about it it isnt historically significant, it has no reason to be on the site and it's abhorrent that youtube is allowing this and suggesting it.
